When will my order be shipped?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-12 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment" ?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3 business days. Out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

Exchanges/Refunds
At this time we not offer any returns. If any questions about any of our products please message us and we will get back to you within 24-48 Hours.

However if merchandise is defective . Please contact us within 30 days of the order shipment date.
